A Culinary Arts graduate of Long Beach City College, Chef Rae now serves as a personal chef and caterer for professional athletes, entertainers, and families worldwide — bringing elevated comfort to every table she touches. Every dish carries the same intention: from her heart, to your plate.

Rooted in Southern tradition, she creates soulful, flavor-packed dishes made with passion and heart. Her Creole influence shows up in layers — bold seasoning, slow-simmered depth, fresh herbs, and recipes that honor heritage while embracing refinement. She believes great food should feel like a warm embrace but taste like a celebration.
